WALK THRU THE NEW TESTAMENT
Learn the key people and places of the New Testament in an interactive, fun and memorable experience! A "Walk Thru the New Testament" seminar is being held at Richmond Hill Baptist Church on Saturday, November 21 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. This is a great event for the whole family! Cost is $25 per person or $60 per family and includes the seminar, book, lunch and child care for children grade 1 and younger. To register, call the church office at 403-242-1256. Registration deadline is this Friday.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
If you haven't already, be sure to pick up a shoe box and instruction brochure at church on Sunday and participate in Operation Christmas Child (OCC), a ministry of Samaritan's Purse. Packed shoe boxes can be brought to church on Sunday, November 22. For more information on OCC, click here.
DRIVER WANTED
We're looking for a volunteer who can take Tapestry's Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes to Samaritan's Purse in NE Calgary the week of November 23. If you can help, please talk with Steve.

Tapestry is sponsoring an old-fashioned family Christmas Carol Sing-Along on the evening of Friday, Dec. 4, at the Tuscany Club (outside). The event is intended to be a simple, low-key event that will allow us to continue building bridges with families in our community and will be followed up with a Christmas-related sermon series at church. More details to follow! In the mean time, mark you calendars and invite your friends and neighbors! If you're interested in helping, please contact Lorie Gordon at 403-668-8886.
