Christmas Carol Sing, Christmas Message Series, & Praying for One Another

YOUTH SUNDAY
A heartfelt "Thank You!" to our amazing and talented youth (and leaders!) for leading our service last week. We love and appreciate you and are tremendously proud of the great job you did!
CHRISTMAS CAROL SING - THIS FRIDAY!
Tapestry is sponsoring an old-fashioned Christmas Carol Sing for the community this Friday, Dec. 4, 6:30 pm at the Tuscany Club (outside). After carolling around Tuscany, we'll gather around the fire for some hot chocolate, apple cider, popcorn and roasted marshmallows. The grounds at the Club are all decked out with lights, so it should be a great way to kick off the holiday season. Plan to come for the fun and invite your friends and neighbors to join you!
We need you! Volunteers are needed to help at the event and to distribute flyers in the community this week. If you can help, please contact Max Blazina at 403-288-6615.

This Sunday, we kick off a three-week Christmas message series...
MEN'S STUDY
Marty Pangracs is going to lead a men's study of the book, No More Christian Nice Guy, on Sunday mornings before church beginning in January. If interested, please sign up at church or contact Marty at weirdodad@gmail.com so we know how many books to order.
PRAYING FOR ONE ANOTHER
It seems many in our church family are struggling in some way these days. It's a reminder that we need to be caring and praying for one another. To that end, we're going to note a few families from our church directory each week for you to bring before the Lord. As you pray, be sensitive to whether God would have you send them a note, give them a call or minister to them in some other way. This week, please pray for: Curtis Arsenault, Binyam Asress and the Averion Family (Ver, Mila, Tim & Rebekah).

- Dec. 13 - "Simply Christmas" - Reducing the stress of the holiday season.
